Dr. Taylor Roth, PsyD (she/her) is a Florida Licensed Psychologist at Palm Beach Behavioral Health and Wellness. She conducts individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults presenting with trauma and complex trauma, eating disorders, grief, postpartum and parenting concerns, and relational difficulties.

She also offers psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults for presentations including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), mood disorders, learning disorders, trauma, and general diagnostic clarification.

Dr. Roth uses an integrative approach to therapy, blending emotion-focused therapy (EFT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and relational psychodynamic theories. She views the therapeutic relationship as central to healing and growth, and she is committed to creating a safe, trusting, and culturally aware environment. Dr. Roth helps clients engage with their emotions in a direct and meaningful way, guiding them to work through the pain that contributes to feeling stuck. She is deeply committed to supporting individuals as they process their experiences and develop tools that promote self-compassion, empowerment, and relief.

Dr. Roth graduated from the University of Florida where she received a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Psychology and minor in Disabilities in Society. She continued her graduate studies at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology where she earned her master's degree and doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology. She has experience working in a variety of settings, include private practice, community mental health, outpatient, and college counseling centers.
